Meet josh

Josh Miller is the owner of Miller Home Maintenance and Repair, a seacoast-based family-owned company founded by he and his wife, Erin. Josh spent countless hours alongside his grandfather at his workbench as a child, and it’s not lost on him how invaluable those moments were. It was there where Josh became familiar with the use of tools, woodworking, and the basics of building, but most importantly, he learned first-hand that you can’t cheat good quality work. Josh learned very early on that the product of his work is a direct reflection of his skill and craftsmanship.

Josh took every opportunity he could to learn more about the trades. Following the construction pathway in high school, Josh earned his degree in Construction Management from the University of New Hampshire. He has had the opportunity to work in construction, residential building, property maintenance, and property management. After twenty years of gaining knowledge, building a diverse skillset, and putting in the work, The Millers are pleased to offer a home maintenance and repair service they can proudly call their own.

Josh and Erin are both NH seacoast natives, but recently made the decision to relocate their family to Fort Mill, SC for warmer weather and new adventures!

Our process

We provide an initial consultation with the homeowner via phone, in-person, or video conference. Understanding the project's scope will better inform an on-site consultation to remain sensitive to your time and include any necessary equipment (e.g., ladder, subcontractors, etc.)

What you can expect at the on-site consultation:

  • In-depth review of project details and scope.

  • Questions about your preferences related to the selection of materials and personalization, must-haves, assumptions, risks, dependencies.

  • Measurements taken.

  • Photos taken of the project as needed for reference.

After your on-site consultation, please expect to receive an estimate or quote for your project. The project estimate will detail the project, and estimate materials, labor, terms, etc.

Should you wish to proceed with the project, together, we will determine a mutually beneficial start date and finalize details. Upon project completion, you will receive a final invoice.
